How it works

From an unused space
to a real match.

Some matches begin with a space.

Others begin with someone looking for one.

Estavelle can start from either side and bring the two together.

The provider journey

For the person offering space.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you have.

You don't need to know exactly what it should become.

  2. 02

    We understand the space.

We look at the practical details: size, access, condition, availability and what you're comfortable allowing.

  3. 03

    We present the space.

Where suitable, Estavelle can create a private or public opportunity around it.

  4. 04

    You review the match.

A potential match does not mean you have to accept it.

  5. 05

    The arrangement progresses.

Where appropriate, the transaction can move through the Estavelle booking process.

The customer journey

For the person looking.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need.

    Start with the practical requirement.

  2. 02

    We look for the fit.

We consider available Estavelle spaces and suitable opportunities beyond the public listings.

  3. 03

    You review the match.

Where there's a fit, you receive the information needed to consider it properly.

  4. 04

    You decide whether to progress.

A match is an opportunity, not an obligation.

  5. 05

Where appropriate, you book through Estavelle.

Private by design

Not every opportunity
belongs on a public list.

Some spaces are better handled discreetly.

When Estavelle finds a potential fit, the relevant customer can receive a private link to review it.

The opportunity does not need to be visible to the wider internet.

Please note

Different spaces.
Different arrangements.

A simple booking is different from a longer or more complex property arrangement.

Where specialist legal, planning, insurance or other advice is needed, it should be addressed for that individual transaction.

Estavelle helps bring the opportunity together.

It does not replace specialist professional advice.
