These are working terms for the Estavelle pilot. They will be finalised before the platform accepts live payments. Nothing on this site is a regulated professional opinion.
What we do
Estavelle is a managed marketplace for underused practical space. We appraise sites across the North of England, and the sites we activate are currently a North East pilot. We help owners assess their site, introduce vetted parties to each other, and administer bookings and payments.
What we do not do
- We do not fund physical works and never take possession of your site.
- We do not provide regulated planning, legal, insurance, tax or financial advice.
- The Asset Passport is a commercial opinion based on the facts you share, not a guarantee.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your site, requirement or business.
- Comply with your own planning consents, insurance, contracts and applicable law.
- Satisfy yourself as to the suitability of any counterparty before signing anything.
Fees
Where we administer a booking, we charge a commission (typically 10–12.5%). Fees are confirmed in writing before any booking is confirmed. Payments during the pilot are in Stripe test mode until live payments are explicitly enabled.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
